We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund. If you are not completely satisfied, ELM USA will give you a 100% refund (less PayPal & Credit Card fees, duties and associated fees) within 7 days of delivery of your ECO Disc repair System.
The machine being returned MUST be returned in its original packaging, including the foam inserts, cardboard accessories tray, power supply, chords, hoses, bottles, supplies, instruction manual, and any and all peripheral items originally supplied with the machine. It must not show signs of excessive use, abuse or damage caused by improper use and or shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Any machine being returned with over 40 uses will be charged a per repair fee based on our Pay As You Go program (25¢ per repair for the ECO Pro & 40¢ per repair for the ECO Master & ECO Senior). There are some situations that a 20% restocking fee will apply.
*Repack-It machines returned will be subject to a charge for any sheets used, and a refund will reflect the sheet usage. Also, if high usage is detected, the refunded amount will be subject to a pro-rated amount at ELM USA's discretion.
IMPORTANT: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDS GIVEN WITHOUT PRIOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Refunds can take up to 60 days and are made by check.
REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES:
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges when returning a machine, unless prior approval is given. Refund of shipping charges are at the discretion of ELM USA. If we made a mistake, we will refund shipping and handling charges to you.
All parts returns are at the discretion of ELM USA and will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
