We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund. If you are not completely satisfied, ELM USA will give you a 100% refund (less PayPal & Credit Card fees, out of country duties & taxes and associated fees and shipping) within 7 days of delivery of your ECO Disc repair System.

The machine being returned MUST be returned in its original packaging, including the foam inserts, cardboard accessories tray, power supply, cords, hoses, bottles, supplies, instruction manual, and any and all peripheral items originally supplied with the machine. It must not show signs of excessive use, abuse or damage caused by improper use and or shipping. Return shipping damage will be deducted from the refund amount.

PLEASE NOTE: Any ECO Smart, ECO AutoSmart or ECO Master being returned with over 40 uses will be charged a 40¢ per repair fee. NEW or DEMO ECO Pro2 will come with a 16 minute keycard. Any usage over 16 minutes will be charged for the full 800 minute repair kit ($89). There are some situations that a 20% restocking fee will apply.

IMPORTANT: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDS GIVEN WITHOUT PRIOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Refunds can take up to 60 days and are made by check.

REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES:

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges when returning products, unless prior approval is given. Refund of shipping charges are at the discretion of ELM USA. If we made a mistake, we will refund shipping and handling charges to you.

PARTS RETURNS

All parts returns are at the discretion of ELM USA and will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
