Factory refurbished products are re-built and certified by our factory-trained technicians. The machines may have minor blemishes that do not affect their functionality.
All show demonstrator machines have been cleaned, quality checked and tested.
Trade-in machines have been re-built and any questionable or worn parts replaced.
All service work has been completed and certified at our Illinois facility, or by our parent company, ELM Japan.
Most machines include a full One-Year parts and labor warranty, start-up supply kit, operation manual and ongoing access to technical support.
