Shipping detail

DELIVERY Delivery of a Product should occur between 1-7 business days after processing of an Order. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Buyer can make a will-call order pickup between the hours of 9:00 am - 4:30 pm at the Buffalo grove Illinois location only.

COURIER METHODS & SHIPMENTS Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless another delivery option is selected. Special delivery options requested by the customer may incur additional shipping charges. 

The Buyer acknowledges that ELM USA may, from time to time, be subject to production, delivery or other unforeseen delays and that ELM USA may allocate distribution of Products ordered among its customers at its sole discretion.

ELM USA will make every attempt to fill an order complete, but ELM USA reserves the right to make partial delivery of an Order. ELM USA will contact you to inform you of the partial shipment and status of back order. Please ensure delivery addresses are correct prior to placing order, once an order is processed by our warehouse, we are unable change or redirect the delivery address.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY ELM USA strongly recommends adding a "signature required" to all residential orders placed. Delivery carriers will, from time-to-time, leave a package at a doorstep, mailbox or outside of a residential location if someone is not there to accept the delivery. ELM USA will not be held liable for any delivery made to a residential address if left outside. PLEASE NOTIFY ELM USA IF YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS RESIDENTIAL.

INCORRECT SUPPLY OF ORDER If due to a warehouse or other error on the part of ELM USA, the Buyer receives a Product which does not conform to its Order, the Buyer must contact ELM USA within 7 days of receipt of the Product. After returning the original Product to ELM USA, provided that the returned Product is in new condition with its original packaging unopened, ELM USA will ship the originally ordered product. Before returning a Product, the Buyer must obtain from ELM USA an authorization for the return. 

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Claims for alleged damage to Products caused in transit from ELM USA to the destination specified by the Buyer must be notified to ELM USA as stated below within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and the consignment note must be marked as "Received Damaged".
