The ECO-Pro LITE is a different machine from the ECO-Pro 2. With no tubing, it will never clog and can be used on your schedule — as little or as often as needed.

Our $29 Monthly Rental Program provides public libraries with a simple, cost-effective way to use disc repair equipment without purchasing a machine outright.

This program is designed for public libraries, including small, rural, and branch locations. It is also available to school or college libraries.

It’s ideal for libraries with limited budgets or occasional disc repair needs. This allows them to maintain their circulating disc collection on an as-needed basis, with no long-term commitment.

Libraries can use this program to offer disc repair to patrons, generating extra revenue. Some Friends of the Library book sales also include disc repair, making this program a perfect fit for those events. Funds from these services may help cover — or even exceed — the $29 monthly rental cost.

Program Details

Unlimited Machine Use 

There are no minimum or maximum usage requirements.

Month-to-Month Rental

No contract and no long-term commitment required.

Warranty Coverage

The machine is fully covered for the duration of the rental period. Most issues can be resolved over the phone, allowing the machine to remain at your library. If a replacement part is needed, we will ship it to you and provide step-by-step guidance through our phone support team. If our service team determines that the machine must be returned for service, you are responsible for shipping it to us, and we will cover the return shipping (contiguous U.S. only).

Supplies

The library is responsible for purchasing replacement supplies once the included supply kit has been used.

Designed for Infrequent Use

The ECO-Pro LITE’s tubing-free design prevents clogging, making it ideal for libraries that use the machine only occasionally.

Ownership

The ECO-Pro LITE machine remains the sole property of ELM USA at all times. Ownership is not transferred under this rental program.

Cancellation & Return Shipping

The ECO-Pro LITE Monthly Rental Program is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time by contacting ELM USA via phone or email.

Upon cancellation, the machine must be returned promptly. Customers must retain the original ELM USA shipping box and protective packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, a replacement OEM ELM USA box must be purchased before returning the machine.

The library is responsible for return shipping costs. If damage occurs due to improper packaging, ELM USA reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of the machine.

Failure to return the machine will result in additional charges.
