7.1 Daily cleaning
Daily cleaning is needed for proper performance of the machine and disc finish.
CAUTION! |
1. Turn off the Main power with front door open and unplug the power plug.
2. Do not use the below solvents.
Thinner / Benzene / Wax / any solvent of high acidity or alkalinity
Main unit
Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp soft cloth.
Under splash cover
Use damp soft cloth with water or window cleaner to remove left over Compound and debris.
Splash cover and repair chamber:
Use damp soft cloth with water or window cleaner to remove left over Compound and debris.
7.2 2 Daily inspection
7.2.1 Pad holder VelcroMake sure that the edges of the Velcro are not coming on the edges of the pad holders .
You can order new Velcro for the pad holders by calling ELM-USA.
7.2.2 Center seal
Replace the center Seal when it shows signs of wear.
