We will provide you with a UPS return label to collect your machine. The compound system inside the machine will be removed, and after a software update and final test, we will return your ECO-Pro LITE in about 2–3 weeks. There are no additional charges for return shipping; it is already included in the price.

For the safest transport, we recommend using an OEM ELM Box with its protective insert. You can order a box here. When we return your machine, it will always be shipped in our box to ensure proper protection, with a box fee added if needed.

ECO-Pro 2 Conversion to ECO-Pro LITE Policy

By choosing to convert your ECO-Pro 2 to ECO-Pro LITE, ELM USA will not refurbish your machine. It will be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Although we will test the machine for basic functionality, any cleaning, maintenance, or parts replacement will only be performed with your prior approval.

If your unit arrives in a condition unsuitable for conversion, we will provide a repair estimate to bring it to full working order. In cases where part replacement is required, a quote will be issued in addition to the standard conversion fee.

Please be aware that ELM USA is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. Additionally, based on the machine’s age, condition, or upgrade potential, we reserve the right to decline it for conversion.
