For optimal performance, limit each pad to 50 repairs and use the recommended amount of Solution D. Exceeding this limit can cause the abrasive layer to separate from the adhesive backing, putting added stress on the sanding motor bearings and pad holders. This leads to higher maintenance costs and shortens the lifespan of key components.
