The ECO-Auto Smart relies on a compound delivery system. If the machine isn’t used frequently, the compound line can clog, especially for users who save up their discs and repair them all at once rather than daily. For those users, automation came with some unintended maintenance headaches.

So we listened.

And we built the ECO-Fusion.

*Convert Your ECO-Auto Smart – We will provide you with a UPS return label to collect your machine. (Available for contiguous USA only.) The compound system inside the machine will be removed, and after a software update and final test, we will return your ECO-Fusion in about 2–3 weeks. There are no additional charges for return shipping; it is already included in the price.

*ECO-Auto Smart Conversion to ECO-Fusion Policy

By choosing to convert your ECO-Auto Smart to the ECO-Fusion, ELM USA will not refurbish your machine. It will be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Although we will test the machine for basic functionality, any cleaning, maintenance, or parts replacement will only be performed with your prior approval.

If your unit arrives in a condition unsuitable for conversion, we will provide a repair estimate to bring it to full working order. In cases where part replacement is required, a quote will be issued in addition to the standard conversion fee.

Please be aware that ELM USA is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. Additionally, based on the machine’s age, condition, or upgrade potential, we reserve the right to decline it for conversion.
