Why is this disc repair machine sold as refurbished?
This ECO-Auto Smart unit was previously used in field testing or returned as a trade-in for credit. While it is not brand new, it has been fully rebuilt to meet our factory standards.

What does "factory refurbished" mean?
Our factory-trained technicians thoroughly clean, inspect, and test each machine. Any worn or questionable components are replaced, and all necessary service work is completed either at our Illinois facility or by our parent company, ELM Japan. Although minor cosmetic blemishes may be present, the machine’s performance is fully guaranteed and backed by a one-year warranty.
