Why is this disc repair machine sold as refurbished?
This ECO-Master unit was previously used in field testing or returned as a trade-in for credit. While it is not brand new, it has been fully rebuilt to meet our factory standards.

What does "factory refurbished" mean?
Each machine is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and tested by our factory-trained technicians. Any worn or questionable components are replaced, and all necessary service work is completed either at our Illinois facility or by our parent company, ELM Japan. Although minor cosmetic blemishes may be present, the machine’s performance is fully guaranteed and backed by a one-year warranty.

Please note: Factory refurbished ECO-Masters will be shipped within 6-7 weeks of placing your order.
