Each pad will repair up to 50 discs.
We recommend limiting each pad to a maximum of 50 repairs and using the correct amount of Solution D during each cycle. Exceeding the recommended pad usage can place added strain on the sanding motor bearings and pad holders, leading to increased maintenance costs and reduced part lifespan. This occurs when the abrasive layer begins to separate from its adhesive backing due to overuse.
